We drew inspiration from the delicate beauty of extinct moths, which are rarely seen today, to create each coaster in this set of four. Every piece is hand-painted and crafted using a wooden block print and hand-building process with biodegradable papier-mache. We finish each coaster with a cork base to protect your surfaces. As an artist couple, we put our passion into making these minimalist coasters, hoping they serve as both a functional conversation starter and a repairable, heirloom-quality object. Our goal is to offer a small but meaningful way to encourage mindful consumption and keep traditional craft alive.
