What is our 180-day buyback guarantee?

If you have joined the Form & Craft Partner Program, you get 180-days extended returns period. So, when you purchase a product from us and it does not sell within 180 days, we will buy it back from you. This ensures you never get stuck with unsold inventory. We charge 25% restocking fees on the selling price to cover our returns & operations costs.

Which products are eligible for the buyback guarantee?

All products listed on our wholesale platform are covered under the 180-day buyback program, unless otherwise stated.

Are there any conditions for the buyback?

Products must be unused, in original and in resellable condition. We charge a 25% restocking fees to cover the returns & operational expenses

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) on the website?

We have a low MOQ of €100 only so that you can test new products without overcommitting.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the EU and the UK. For orders outside the EU, please contact our team to discuss options.

What is the delivery time?

We aim to ship the products within 7 days.
