In our studio, we start each set of four coasters with a simple sheet of paper, shaping it by hand using traditional papier-mache techniques. Every coaster is then hand-painted with the bold, natural patterns of the Gulmohar leaf in black and yellow, and finished with a protective lacquer. These coasters are not mass-produced; each one is a small, functional piece of art for your home. They are naturally biodegradable, can be repaired if needed, and have a soft cork base to protect your surfaces. Our entire process is zero-waste and uses no electricity, making each coaster a sustainable and thoughtful addition to your daily routine.
